SHELBY MOORE
MPA, CFRE
I started Small Shop Fundraising in 2020 after being inspired by the work of small shop nonprofit professionals. I am excited to help small shop fundraisers make the most out of their limited time and resources and ensure that anyone can grow their programs and raise more money. I currently serve as Executive Director for a healthcare organization in Eastern Washington. I am extremely passionate about philanthropy, and I started my development and fundraising career in 2013.

I am excited to help nonprofit organizations develop fundraising strategies (annual giving, major giving, planned giving, etc.). I have worked extensively on marketing communications, grassroots campaign design, and community outreach initiatives. My work has been instrumental in 6-figure fundraising gains, endowment growth, improved volunteer retention, and successful media coverage.

I have my Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Montana with a specialty in Nonprofit Management. I earned my Certified Fund Raising Executive Certificate (CFRE) in 2018 to show just how much I understand the unique facets of the fundraising world. My husband and I live in Eastern Washington where we enjoy hiking, eating at local restaurants, and playing with our French Bulldog, Oakley.
